Houston Real Estate Milestones in July

Houston’s overall housing market in July saw increases in most categories.

The month’s of inventory decreased from last year’s inventory figures which shows the continued strength of the Houston market.

Houston’s’ current median price is an all-time record for the Houston market and is 32.7% less tan the national median price.

* Months inventory estimates the number of months it will take to deplete current active inventory based on the prior twelve months sales activity. This figure is representative of the single-family homes market.
