Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) meetings are held every year to inform citizens of upcoming projects scheduled in their respective communities. The meetings also afford citizens an opportunity to voice their concerns and address their respective City Council member and City of Houston officials.
CIP Citizen Request Forms are available online at
www.houstontx.gov
by clicking on the 3-1-1 icon, or you may simply call 3-1-1 and make a CIP request. For more information and specific details of the CIP projects in your area, please visit:

Capital Projects
The following are the capital projects scheduled over the upcoming years pertinent to our neighborhood. CIP information can be found at this site

Project: N-000389 Neighborhood Street Reconst. Project 460 - repaving (2013)
Description: Project Includes: 10th E, 12 1/2 E, 17th W, 25th E, 26th E, Arlington, Ashland, Blair, Columbia, Granberry, Harvard, Laird, Le Green, Northwood, Oxford, West 18th, Boots Drive
Project: N-000816 North Main Reconstruction: 20th & Calvalcade to lH-610 (2013)
Description: Project provides the engineering and construction of the existing concrete roadway with curbs, sidewalks, street lighting and underground utilities.
Project: N-000724 Yale Rehabilitation: lH-10 to lH-610 (2010)
Description: Project provides for engineering, and rehabilitation of the four lane concrete roadway, curbs, sidewalks and necessary underground utilities. Construction is in two phases: Phase I -I10 to 17th Street, Phase II -17th Street to IH610
