To rent or reserve the building at Proctor Plaza, you can contact the City of Houston Parks Department.  The grounds are are free and are used on a first come basis.

Have you noticed any streetlights that are burned out? Report malfunction of existing Street Lights (out, dim, off-and-on, on all day, pole leaning) to CenterPoint. Click:

Call the City of Houston's Graffiti Reporting Hotline at (713) 437-6833  or by calling 311 and REPORT IT! The city can't clean it up if they don't know about it!
